Fluencify, a Stockholm-founded creator marketing platform, has secured an oversubscribed $4.3M pre-seed funding round led by byFounders, with Wave Ventures also participating. The capital brings the company's total funding to $4.3M. The platform deploys AI agents to manage creator marketing campaigns from end to end, handling creator discovery and matching, automated outreach, content briefing, post scheduling, paid promotion and international payouts across 85+ countries.
The fresh funding will support Fluencify's expansion into the US market, including opening a New York office and building out sales operations. The company also plans to hire additional engineers in Stockholm, grow its creator base, and enhance its product capabilities. byFounders Partner Magnus Hambleton is joining Fluencify's board as part of the investment.
How Fluencify Works
Brands describe their desired campaign outcomes, and Fluencify's AI agents take over from there. The system identifies and matches suitable creators, manages initial outreach and handles responses automatically. Creators receive briefings on content requirements with opportunities to ask questions early. Once creators confirm participation, Fluencify orchestrates post scheduling, paid amplification, and creator compensation across borders without manual intervention.
The platform operates on an ambassador model, where creators maintain ongoing relationships with brands rather than executing isolated sponsored posts. Fluencify currently hosts more than 13,000 active creators working with brands representing $30 billion in combined market value.
The Founders
Fluencify was established in 2025 by Erik Romdhane, Isaac Norin, and Sam Stones Hälleberg. Romdhane has been involved in creator marketing since his teenage years, co-founding and selling an influencer agency at age 17 after managing campaigns for more than 100 brands. Norin and Hälleberg previously created an AI voice note application as teenagers, with Hälleberg building a personal following exceeding 1 million Instagram followers and 500 million total views.
From my experience on both sides of the table, as an influencer and running an agency, I found the creative elements of the work were the smallest part. Most of the hours went to finding the right creators, chasing replies, writing briefs, developing content, and paying people across borders. This is work that only scales by hiring. We wanted to build a system so a brand can describe the outcome it wants and get the campaign run end to end, without all the legwork. We're looking forward to scaling into the US with this backing from byFounders.

Why Creator Marketing Matters
According to the Edelman Trust Barometer Special Report, 80% of people trust "a person like themselves who regularly uses the brand" to provide accurate information about it, compared to 58% who trust the brand's CEO. The same research shows that 59% of consumers are more influenced by what other buyers say about a brand before making a purchase, versus 50% who are swayed by the brand's own messaging. This gap represents the opportunity that user-generated content addresses.
The Market Opportunity
Creator marketing today operates through traditional influencer and UGC agencies, creator marketplaces, campaign management software, or dedicated in-house teams at larger organizations. Fluencify distinguishes itself by running complete campaigns rather than simply providing software tools, and by automating this work through AI agents rather than relying on agency staff.
The creator marketing sector faces significant operational friction: discovering the right creators takes time, waiting for responses slows projects, creating briefs demands attention, content production requires coordination, and processing international payments adds complexity. Fluencify's integrated approach removes these bottlenecks for both brands and creators. By enabling continuous creator marketing rather than campaign-by-campaign execution, brands gain efficiency while creators benefit from more predictable income streams regardless of location.
Fluencify focuses on consumer and prosumer software companies, particularly those offering products that demonstrate effectively on social platforms, including AI tools, productivity software, educational applications and consumer apps.
As building products becomes easy, getting the word out about them has only gotten more important. User-generated content is the purest way to do so: users recruit new users. Erik, Sam and Isaac have a deep understanding of how social media works and have combined that with outlier levels of hustle to create a solution that actually works. The biggest brands in the world need to use Fluencify to keep up their extraordinary speeds of growth.
