Legaltech venture EnforceShield has secured €1.7 million in seed-stage funding to grow its autonomous platform for managing IP enforcement at scale. Vendep Capital led the investment, joined by FIRSTPICK VC as a participant.
Attorney Rytis Rudzinskas founded the company in 2024 to build a SaaS solution that detects and responds to online intellectual property violations. The platform targets counterfeit goods, unauthorised resellers, fraudulent listings, website clones, impersonation schemes and phishing operations across multiple channels.
Rather than flagging suspected infringements for human review, EnforceShield deploys AI agents embedded with legal reasoning and platform-specific rules to evaluate and execute enforcement actions. The system assesses company IP holdings, evidence quality, relevant jurisdiction laws, platform policies and enforcement standards before initiating takedowns. Lawyers and analysts then step in to validate results, address exceptions and tackle cases requiring deeper analysis—a structure the company calls its "human-at-the-end" model.
The startup operates against a backdrop of accelerating IP abuse fuelled by generative AI tools that enable rapid production of counterfeit listings and cloned storefronts. Traditional enforcement remains bottlenecked by reliance on legal staff working through cases manually.

EnforceShield currently works with more than 20 enterprise clients and reports removing an average of over 33,500 IP violations monthly from its e-commerce customer base.
The capital will fund expansion of EnforceShield's technical and product infrastructure. The company intends to extend its AI agents to manage repeat offenders, escalation pathways and more intricate enforcement scenarios beyond routine takedowns. Commercial expansion into the United States and broadening coverage across the full IP lifecycle are also on the roadmap.
